As the Managing Partner of RFG/NEF, Mr. Rabjohns holds the primary leadership position in the firm. He oversees the entire firm's operations and also acts as a consultant and mentor to all members of the firm.
With over 43 years of experience, Reggie is an internationally recognized leader in the insurance and financial services industry. Reggie began his career at age 20 while still attending Northern Illinois University. At age 27, after six consecutive years of qualification, he became the youngest Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) - the premier association for the world’s most productive (30,000+ members from 74 countries) sales professionals in life insurance based financial services. He was the 1999 President of MDRT. He has earned the GAMA Master Agency Award 4 times and is a 33-year recipient of the GAMA International National Management Award. He is the only person to have served as President of the Chicago Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Chicago Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Chicago General Agents and Managers Association. A much sought after speaker, he has helped motivate and educate financial services audiences in 39 states and 25 countries.
He currently serves as the Chairman of The American College Foundation, Bryn Mawr, PA and in recognition of his “Distinguished Service to Education and Professionalism,” The American College has honored him with the College’s highest honor, the Huebner Gold Medal.
Reggie views his career as having the opportunity to be a “life changer.” He believes that by helping his clients with their personal plan of their financial futures, he helps to positively change their lives, the causes they support, and the lives of those they love. He specializes in wealth transfer strategies for high net worth clients.
Reggie and his wife, Micheline, are 42-year residents of Northbrook. They have five children, Stephanie, Bryan, Joshua, Ann and Christian and four grandchildren. He has been actively involved in a number of local organizations including Misericordia Heart of Mercy Village; Lutheran Church of the Ascension, Northfield; and Sunset Ridge Country Club. A long-time runner, he has completed five marathons and is an instrument rated private pilot.
